Cancelation and Refund Policy
Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason and recieve a full refund provided your order has not been shipped.
Typically, Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time they are recieved. Fibro store will inform you once your order has been process and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped the Refund policy will take effect, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any cancelled orders.
Please Note - Orders can be cancelled by emailing Fibro@mail.uk
Customers are responsible for improperly submitted cancelations.
Return Policy
whilst we hope you are hap[y with your purchase from the Fibrostore, if you would like to return your product within 28 days of purchase.
Items must be -
*Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging)
*Have a receipt such as an invoice or proof of purchase.
Fibrostore is committed to selling high quality items, but we understand sometimes you may like to return an item.
Your satutory rights are not effected.
